I am not sure for the specific reasons, but the truth is I have mouth ulcer every time three or four months before the tests, is there anyone has any good suggestions how to deal with this situation and how to recover from the ulcer as quickly as possible? Thanks!

Since most of the people here are to learn English, so now I'm trying to fix your grammar errors and to use other expressions which I think are better.
