how to get a sincere friend?

I view that in our life we really need a true friend that she can help you when you get into trouble.we don't need many friends,a friend is enough.however,when you treat people sincerely,they don't return you same emotiomn,even look down upon you,disregard your warmheart.so how to make a good friend?

we should keep our authentic character ,needn't converting ourselves,however,we should be positive to make friends.you should summon to recognise others.I think we
shouldn't put too much emotion on the people you don't acquaint.we all afraid be hurt.If we can posesses a afriend who really treat you considerabaly .you should open
you heart to return your friends.
