How to improve english quickly?

I'm a Chinese guy, and now I'm working in a foreign company. English is very important in our daily work. If I want to promote my position to an up level, good english communication skills are essential. But now my poor english has become a barrier for my promotion. Who can give me some suggestion???

Hello! The only tip I can offer you from my personal experience is to read more newspapers, books or even play some games! More exposure to English is a sure definite way to improve as you'll get used to it, best of luck!
