how to deal with customer complaint

Hi,everyone.today share my experience about cusomer complain,first ,ask a question ,what will fell when you deal with complain thing.nervous ? contempt?or Ignore?
As my experience,i admire it really will take you some trouble when customer shout at you ,like why not ship my Dimmable aquarium light,it is delivery day? why my grow light switches negative ? you put wrong plugs to me ? ...
Any way,we should calm down first,then find the reason to slove your customer problem,the most important is remember give reply in a short time,though you have no idea to work problem out ,it will make more effective info to customer.then find the solution to work it out ,make cooperation with manufacture sector ,engineer sector ect.believe will make everything more smoothly.
