what is the first sign of pregnency!!

What is the fist sign, by looking at which you can say that a women is pregnent....

morning sickness is the main sign along with this some women has feel uncomfertable & omitting r the other sign

For 1 you can check her cervix. Normally the cervix feels like the tip of your nose, but during pregnancy the cervix tends to feel more like lips. Also, morning sicknesses is also key and an early sign of pregnancy.
