What is the age limit for a nanny?

Can anyone tell me that what is the age limit of a nanny, as I want to know. One of my friends is looking for a nanny & she gets a resume a lady whose age is 65.

Unless she's all frail and weak, her age doesn't keep her from properly caring for children. She probably has much more experience.
