there is something wrong with my time zone in Mylot

the true time is about 9 p.m.now but it shows 8 a.m.in Mylot .

The time shown is "MyLot time", which is the time in Kansas. 'CST' stands for 'Central Standard Time' or actually 'Central Summer Time', I suppose. Kansas is normally 6 hours behind GMT but in the summer, they add an hour, so it's currently 5 hours behind GMT. Beijing is 8 hours ahead of GMT, so there is currently a 13 hour time difference between Kansas and Beijing. 8am + 13h = 9pm.
