Sunny Leone performs at Zoom Holi Party 2014

The Zoom Holi Party took place on March 17 at JVPD Grounds in Mumbai and saw prominent personalities from Bollywood and the television Industry in festive spirits. BrandNext Media won a multi-agency pitch to execute the event. Around 4000 people attended the party, including socialites and celebrities such as Sunny Leone, Ajaz Khan, Poonam Pandey, Mandira Bedi, etc. They all played with organic colors and pichkaris while shaking legs on the rain dance floor, to Bollywood chartbusters by DJ Akhtar. The showstopper was Sunny Leone who promoted her latest movie (Ragini MMS 2), interacted with the crowd and performed on music from the movie. There was also a spread of Holi treats that included various cuisine stalls from the North, South and West regions. Commenting on the event, Sheetal Saliya (Head – Strategic Planning), BrandNext Media, said: “The pitch was won basis our ideas, concepts and logistic planning. With such a massive crowd, the event’s main challenges were crowd management, security, safety, etc. Compared to last year’s edition, this year saw short timelines, further on-ground challenges, complex logistics. This time, even the senior management of Times Group attended the event. The event has been very prestigious for us, we thank the Times Group showing continuous confidence in us.” Adding further, Saliya said: “The entire top management appreciated and congratulated the team for pulling off a spectacular event with detailed planning and executions at such a short notice. Since we’re associated with other large scale events and properties as well, we derive an edge of sorts over others.”
