What do you do to relieve stress?

The first thing that I do to relieve stress is play music and dance. That really does wonders for relieving stress. Or I will go to the gym and work out. Or will take a nap. Sleep is always helpful. Of course a nice glass of burgundy wine will really do the trick.

If a student is busy with his studies, he has no time to think other mischiefs otherwise many wrong things may occupy his mind. Mind is made to think not to remain empty.
Stress is a very common thing for a laborious man.

It depends..anyway I you are interested in Meditation you will surely and immediately relieved from the stress..have you heard about Reiki ? Its a typical yoga. Anyway I'm new to mylot, I will surely posting a topic on Reiki and stress..@

For me I study Tai Chi martial arts. The name of my school is dancinginsilence.com A Traditional Martial Arts Center. Its the best way for me to relieve stress and relax. And we all know the best way for that also?

I am agreed on all options but of course not with drink addiction. I don't think it will make stress free life. That will make the stress forgettable state but only for small duration and will not remove it from life. I will prefer Yoga and inspire others too to follow that in regular basis. It will make the mental and physical state both healthy, sharp and strong.

Another wonderful way out of stress is wandering or holidaying. Pressure or depression is likely to fall abruptly when one's mind is diverted from that pressure or the reason of depression, which can be easily done with the help of a short trip with friends and family or an excursion.
