In order to lose weight you don't have to eat so much fast food, but natural fruits and vegetables, and of course not eating after 6 pm.
If hunger bothers you after this hour, you should mix some milk, a little bit of sugar and a half a cup of coffee and your hunger will dissapear.
You ca also mix some yogurt with a spoon of grandma's jam. It will work! You will see!
