Anyone got any Suggestions or Ideas

Now with the wanting to travel outside of the USA you have to have a Valid passort, that means I have to find a way to get a Copy of my Birth Certificate. I was born in San Francisco, CA but everytime I try to get a Legal copy of my Birth Certificate they can never find one. How can I solve this issue?

Do you know for sure that you once had a birth certificate issued? That possibly could be the reason they can't find one. With your voter list and passport u can contact with your immigration department or state department or a travel agent, they may solve it.
