Rahul insulting Ambedkar by taking credit for laws: Modi

On the 123rd birth anniversary of BR Ambedkar, Narendra Modi on Monday attacked Rahul Gandhi saying he was "insulting" the chief architect of the Indian Constitution by taking credit for enacting laws and giving rights to the people.
