The Creator of mankind advises us to "be still .." in seeking him. It is because in silence you find the true you. You get intouch with your spirit man which is the true you. In lilence you find peace and it is the only quality timne you can ever walk purposefully toward enlightenment. When you are angry, you can only cool off if you retreat in a quiet place. In our era of high technology, planet earth has become so noisy that we are experiencing stress and a lot of related diseases. Silence is a treasure we must seek when we reach our homes daily.

I feel like it's talking with your inner self or for me I'll say talking with God. Darkness is a strong point in or of time, I will keep out of the dark and always walk, think and speak of the light. My picture is titled: See The Light. Good evening.

One of my favorite duos is Simon & Garfunkel. Their songs are easy listening. Some of them are soulful and some are also youthful and playful. One of my favorite tracks is The Sound of Silence, because I am more of an introvert. And I like quiet and peaceful surroundings that is why when we go to the malls I find myself asphyxiated, literally and metaphorically.

@mvaj400 I love this songs especially it's words just as you.I enjoy the silence which makes me feel peaceful and comfortable though i am really a very outgoing girl.We can think much about life when we stay at a peaceful place where we can be ourselves.
