it is important , healthy and effective to get out and to exercise. to get fit, it does not need to be a heavy boring workout at the gym, where as you can join a fun club of motivational beliefs with things of your interest.

Good Point mate!
These days almose every people wants to stay fit only by working out in gym. They need to know that our normal (Physical) activities are well enough to stay fit.. BUT THE WORST THING IS.. WE KEEP IGNORING OUR PHYSICAL WORK!!

yes, going to gym is always not necessary. Dancing is good activity get healthy body. at least 30 minutes funny dance per day will be enough.
