The benefits of exercise in addition to physical, it is the best way to make a person spirit to keep fresh.
The essence of the movement not fun to lasting, habit.
Nowadays, many college students, every house in the bedroom, play games, surf the internet. Not willing to go out activities.
In this way, a lot of people not only lack of communication with others, more important is to ruin their health.
I have so many people around, often complain about being too fat, but just wanted to go on a diet to lose weight, rarely choose to exercise.
They feel too tired to exercise, in fact I think they can not overcome their own,their lazy created the results.
Now our school,carrying " out of the bedroom, out of the network, to the playground" activities, I think you should take the opportunity, go out and exercise, give ourself a chance, give our body a chance.

Most diseases in this era of high technology are preventable. Yes we are so busy that we encourage our children to stay indoors and watch movies and games partly to protect them from interaction with bad company. The best is to at least program your activities as a family to engage in sports on weekends. it may not be enough but as a parent you will be role-modeling what you preach

Well of course that's the case. It's the 21st Century, I recall a quote which struck me. It goes : 'The greatest joke of mankind was to make people pay for excercise,' Isn't it strange? And true as well... the ellipticals and threadmills in the gyms... they're definitely expensive nowadays.
