Yes mam, its up to you to take and use what you can from what they give you. that's all they are there for is to point you in the right direction. Teach you what you need to know, the rest is up to you. It is you're life not theirs. They teach 1,000s of kids a day/adults a day and frankly don't have much time to do so. So there's really no time for caring for each individual student. Now I do think they care on some level. Because if they see their student failing all the time,I think they would start to question their teaching skills.. And what professor wants to stand in a class and talk and talk and talk and no one gets what they are saying its a waste of time so they do care enough to plan there teaching to where it is most effective with the students.. So its more like caring for all students as a whole rather then individually... If your not doing good work and your not getting good grades no a teacher should not care enough to feel bad for you,It is not their fault that fault lay's else where..Not going to lie though, school is TOUGH.not something to joke around about or waste time while in..It really is the key to life, and life is hard itself so of course getting the hang of it is going to be more difficult.. Good luck in your studies. I know where you come from I feel where you're coming from. But at the end of the day, no they dont care like you would like them too.

We should never depend totally upon schools for the education of our children. Generally parents leave their responsibility to the teachers which is wrong. The children stay at home more than school. We can not escape from our responsibility by sending our children to schools. We should keep an eye on the company of your children otherwise we will have to suffer a lot for it.
Good and caring parents are equal to hundred schools.
Thanks.
