Furniture on rental, tips??

Having a bachelor party for my brother and we've decided it to be done at our farmhouse. We are thinking of a barbeque, a drink station, will have some mocktail for the non-alcohol drink, a DJ, maybe some girls as well. We got our grill and barbeque setup at our farm house. Just need a DJ station and few party furniture, which I'm thinking of renting it from Luxe. I need help with things that need to be taken care of while taking up a rental furniture.
