What do you mean by "where"? Like in a physical location? And what do you mean by a trading business? Do you mean as an advisory to others or trading for yourself? Every business requires capital to begin, even trading. With some innovation, some latest tools & effort you can reduce the needed capital significantly & can also be very successful.
