Hello guys, I am coming here after long time.Well. You know diabetes is the the most fast spreading disease in the world right now even faster than AIDS, in every 5 seconds a person dies in this world from diabetes. So I think we should talk about it. I have heard that Yoga pranayama meditation cures diabetes . Is that true? what are the treatments or options actually available for us to get rid of this nasty disease. ?
