how to be an honest researcher?

many studies now are not honest with the data findings. this harm scientific knowledge. most researchers are not honest simply caused by money, position, and promotion. whether researchers should be honest in order to become a researcher who can be trusted?

it's need to have sincearity,dedication,hardwork makes you serious researcher altimatily transform to you as successed reserarcher.
