Yelling or screaming your lungs out.. what does it give you? Zero- Nothing! I yell too and I get nothing in return. Neither the work is done nor I get satisfied. I dont get that relief. I am sure you too dont get that relief. Then why do we yell? What's the point? Well... It is a way we express our anger, frustration, aggression, disappointment, etc etc... The things which can be done just by politely talking to someone, or talking with love, or by holding back your anger, we try to do it by shouting. That's not the way! Really!! The consequences are terrible. Yelling among family members may make you go against them. Shouting in office may create a bad image for your future growth. In a nutshell, you make everybody your enemy if you keep shouting.
I believe, there is nothing as magical as love. It can really work. You can make people understand things better. You can make people love you even more. You become very approachable in nature.
I wish we really could apply all what Lord Krishna tells in Bhagwad Gita to keep aside anger, frustration, revenge, etc and all negativity aside. But alas! We human beings never try to do that. I myself dont do. But if a bit of this and a bit of that is tried by each one of us everyday, we can make ourselves a better person altogether. We can have more control over us.
