why does not sony xperia download whattsapp or viber?

hey guys my aunt bought a sony xperia and she wanted to download whattsapp or viber anybody has ideas what to do? every time I open viber to install it it tells me it can not work in my country by the way I live in Palestine. thanx!

I think it's not the reason of sony xperia itself, because mine is ok for viber. I'm in China.
