Change is very difficult but always necessary since if you always do the same thing everyday, you get bored, same results, same everything. Without change, life won't be interesting. Change should be constant in everyone's life, it is the very reason why we felt alive, how we realize that we are still breathing and it is why we call life a journey.

I agree with you, someone says, the only thing in the world not change is changing. If there are not any change in our life, It will be very boring.
