I know how hard it is to feel better about yourself. Instead of making things complicated why not just start your day with a Smile. It's not much but at least it's a start and you're taking little steps at a time :) It's okay to cry because it doesn't mean you're weak it only means that you've been strong for too long. Smile beautiful and make today count :)

To me, people should do what they love. Do what gives them satisfaction. If someone loves to do something, like help the homeless, or write, then that is what they should do in order to be satisfied. Smiling is only part of it, but actually doing something and making a difference is what will lead to true happiness and satisfaction.

Exactly :) and i have stated that you should start with a smile. I never said it was the whole thing to satisfaction. But the main point was the fact that you've gotta do something in order to gain happiness. U can't sit there and expect happiness to drive by.

@ReasonsToSmile right, you have to do things that make life worthwhile. I think that smiling is a good thing. It's a start, but actually doing what makes you feel happy is the key to fulfillment and true happiness.
