IF AN INNOCENT PERSON IS SENT TO JAIL, HE BECOMES A MORE DANGEROUS CRIMINAL

Every person who is in jail is not a criminal. Sometimes, by mistake or by conspiracy if an innocent person is sent to jail, after sometime he becomes a criminal because most of the persons are criminals in jail and jail becomes a school of crimes to him. This innocent person starts thinking against the law due to the feeling of retaliation. In general life, it has been observed that these persons turn out to be more dangerous than other criminals.

Many innocent persons are passing their days in jail still. It was a hot news that an innocent person who got life imprisonment because he murdered his wife but after many years his murdered wife was seen alive in a village living with her lover because she had run away with her lover. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS PUNISHMENT?MAY HIS YEARS OF PUNISHMENT AND MENTAL TORTURE COME BACK? THANKS A LOT FOR AN INTELLIGENT COMMENT.

@sunilmishra7756 This can be so true. I have heard of a man who is totally innocent and they are refusing to give him his freedom. They even refuse for him to go to jail in his own country. Prayers go out to him he has an incredible endurance.

@lovinangelsinstead21 Injustice to any human being who is innocent is the greatest threat to the justice and the whole humanity. If the house of our neighbour is on fire, never think that our own house is safe. The fangs of injustice may bite even the judges. THANKS A LOT FOR SHOWING SYMPATHY FOR THE PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM INJUSTICE. IT IS THE DUTY OF ALL HUMAN BEINGS TO RAISE THE STRONG VOICE AGAINST INJUSTICE AND INHUMANITY OTHERWISE THE BELIEF OF THE INNOCENT PERSONS WILL BE SHAKEN FROM GOD AND GOOD HUMAN BEINGS.

We give so large indemnities to innocents here (yesterday, 663000 Euros (about $900000) were given by a court to an innocent who spent 7 years in jail, and it is not rare), that they quite never turn out to be real criminals, and I think that these indemnities are needed, if you don't want these people to have, like you write, a "feeling of retaliation." Even if money will never replace the years of their lives that they spent in jail, it makes the rest of their days more sweet...

Conditions are not the same in every country. These innocent persons, even after coming in to light , that they are innocent, they are not released easily. I do not think that they get any compensation for it. There is nothing so ill as the corruption of the best. What can not be cured must be endured. Thanks a lot for a prudent comment.

@topffer Unable to make what is just strong, we have made what is strong just. For a doctor a patient is only a sick body, he has no emotions for that body.In the same way who is arrested by the police is considered a criminal. As soon as someone is arrested the ideas of the society are changed about him, the people start looking down upon him whether he is a criminal or innocent. I think that law may be blind but justice should not be given blindly. Thank you so much to give good information about the justice of your country. EFFECTIVE LAWS ARE PRESENT IN EVERY COUNTRY, BUT SOMETHING IS WRONG OR LACKING IN THE EXECUTIVE BODIES.

@sunilmishra7756 You have the matter to make several interesting discussions with this last comment. In a perfect world, the laws should reflect the "ideas of the society," but there is indeed often a gap between laws and the way people are thinking. Mentalities are difficult to synchronize with laws. Thank you for your good comments Sunil.

Yes, you are right. It is said that the law is blind, it demands evidence and witness only. I think that evidence and witness may collected or removed by moneyed and forceful and sourceful persons easily and against an innocent persons easily. MONEY MAKES A MARE GO.
