Why is it that POTUS keeps saying we need immigration reform? Does he think that it is currently not illegal to enter the United States without specific Government supplied documents? Yet when those laws are not enforced by POTUS (which is a violation of his oath of office,obstruction of justice,& Treason) so he can go on T.V. and scream we need reform, we need reform, and decides he will have to steal the powers of the Congress and make law. So executive Orders are signed. As if the constitution which dictates the branches of governments powers would allow POTUS to be Dictator by E.O. Which is exactly what it is when a leader of a country makes its laws. All due to non-enforcement of current laws by the president, misleading statements to the public about reform by the president, statements to congress about making law by E.O. The President needs to enforce the laws in place and not make states like Texas,New Mexico, Arizona (who can deport those they catch violating the law) to send them by bus to California or risk criminal charges if deported. Once in California they are released in the streets and not deported(except 3 who recently were met with citizens protests) Why can't the border security use deadly force(or any force) against those using force on them?Yet a citizen is lawfully allowed to? That's because like in all these cases, the power really is with the citizens. We allow POTUS to write E.O. which violate our rights and the constitution, We allow laws to be violated and not enforced by not saying something. Even though we do not elect the president(elector colleges do),or members of the senate(state legislature do) but we can remove them from office if unable to perform the tasks they took an oath for. We can have them arrested for obstruction of justice for intentionally not enforcing the law, and instructing others to do the same or be punished. We can for Treason by allowing undocumented,unknown, non-U.S. citizens the same rights and privileges given to both U.S. Nationals and U.S. Citizens by the U.S. constitution. If we gave them the power(as it states in the U.S. Constitution or aka The Law of The Land) then we can remove that power. That is our right that can never be taken away. Just as the Bill of Rights are not rights given to us, they are the rights we told the Government we had. Non-negotiable, non-retracting,non-expiring, non-limited Rights to all U.S. Nationals, and U.S. Citizens. PERIOD.

Let's face it, it's not just the President. We have activist Supreme Court justices making decisions that favor big corporations over little people. We have the House, which last year made a rule change that only allows the Speaker to bring legislation to a vote, and he has blocked some very necessary bills, including care for our wounded veterans. In the Senate, the filibuster has blocked some very worthy bills. Both sides obstruct and then point fingers at each other. We need to get big money out of politics.

@redspot No sir, the rule I am speaking of is in the House;
In its effort to extract concessions from Democrats in exchange for opening the government, the GOP has faced a fundamental strategic obstacle: They don't have the votes. A majority of the members of the House have gone on record saying that if they were g

@dawnald it has always been the speakers responsibility to bring proposed bills to a vote, it's a power given to them by the constitution. The senate was not given that power and yet more laws have been held up for vote in the senate than in the house over the last 5 years. It requires a majority vote to make law/rule, so if one was done then the democrats would have voted on it, and if not then it isn't a law no matter what people say(given they have the freedom of speech to do whatever with...including lie). Also seeing as the House are the only branch of government voted on by the people, then why do the same people keep getting voted in? Maybe due to public ignorance or maybe they are doing what they can, which is pass a bill send to the senate and see if they vote on it.

@redspot I just read the Constitution, and it does not say that. There was a rule change as evidenced in the article above and the video on that page. The Speaker is deliberately blocking the vote on measures that he does not agree with instead of bringing them up for an honest vote.
