Which Vegetable product is necessary for the developing country?

Day by day, peoples are increasing in the developing country like India, Bangladesh, Pakistan. Government of these countries is trying to produce adequate food for their people. But some dishonest businessman using this opportunity to increase their income and producing vegetables by using excess hormone and chemical which are not permitted to use.
I am wondering what will be happening with those people who are consuming those vegetables after 10 years?

In case of cabbage and cauliflower, developing country people are using excessive chemicals

@iamcelia Potato? They are using excessive artificial fertilizers which are destroying soil structure.

Not a good thing if you eat vegetables that are not organic. As we know, this will be a negative effect on the body and potentially to cause gene mutations and lead to cancer. I still traditionally plant water spinach in the fields near my house, then cook it immediately after completely plucked so that it taste more delicious, crisp, and fresh. Sometimes, i mixed it with chilli sauce.
