how to raise the level of English speaking?

So qinliang cai you want to improve your English speaking level to average but you can not find the right person that can speak with you? Is there anybody willing to help you?
I think you will find someone. My name online is blue doll but I think what is proper for you would be written as doll blue. A friend to talk with is great when practicing a language. Talking is good but perhaps you can gain something as well by writing? Not sure how much writing helps you?

How do you write online? Do you use a translate tool or just write as you speak? I am online and like meeting people.
There are many tools for speaking online (like skype) but I don't use them. All my communication is done by typing as I enjoy it.
When I have time to spare I do use the internet but not when I feel I am wasting my time. Depending on my mood I might spend the time or not. I do find I learn things sometimes which I enjoy very much.

@Bluedoll I am write online depending on my thought and combine with the translate tools.if I meeting the word that I can not statement in english or not sure the word is right,I should use the translate tool to help me. Now,I really enjoy writing a letter with you. I can make the canada friend and raise the level of writing in english.it look like kill two birds with one shoot.I thing that if i write something is wrong,you can point it out.May i ask you some question?

Hi there @caihai Im Psyche from Philippines. Practice makes perfect :) just continue what you are doing to improve your speaking skills. Sometimes I read English novels to learn more phrases, educational books and I also self study. I also use dictionary if Im not familiar with some words.

Thanks your giving Suggestions.I really think it's a good way to learn English.I will continue to doing read and write and study by myself.I think I just need a certain period of time.If your have feel very interesting novels then can introduce to me if you be willing.
