Tonight is a special evening. And it is a meanful night for me, too. This is, frankly speaking, the first time I have ever joined a birthday party for an adult, and I am an adolescent, by the way. The birthday parties in China are not always as high as those in western countries,especially for adults. Actually, there are few adults taking the time to celebrate their date of birth.It seems that people today are so busy that they even cannot squeeze any time for themselves. They work, work,work ,just to survive in this competitive world. However, we definitely lose something if we just live for survival. We need to do something useful, which is very important to our mental heath.And don't forget to be good to yourself.
