Two original copies of office lease contract with signature and sealed by Housing Management Authority 8. The copy of the office property certificate,each page shall be covered stamp or signed by the owner 9. Passport copy of the chief representative with signature 10. The resume of the chief representative 11. Eight photos taken recently with Passport's Photo Size 12. Representative’s newest visa must be "F" or "M" visa and stay day after entrance is over 30 days 13.
