Do you think casual wear should be a choice and be allowed in companies?

Well, I also don't like Office attire. Luckly in the work I do I can wear casual wear - oh and jeans are seen a acceptable! But if you look around you will see that there is a trend moving toward casual wear at the office. I see it here more and more. Any case like mentioned before - office attire is so blady over rated and it is not comfortable!

Personally, I hate wearing office attire, all that shirt and tie and suit stuff, man that went out in the 80s. This is the 21st century, you should be able to wear (providing its not too raunchy, too exposing) what feels comfortable. Ok I accept that jeans wouldn't be accepted either, but you can wear smart trousers and a t-shirt or sweatshirt. Work is bad enough without having to dress up like a dogs dinner. Ties like work is a strangulation. Sitting for 8-10 hours a day in a suit NO THANK YOU!

In a grocery sotre or something maybe but in a office or large corrperation where a profesional image is key, casual attire just wouldn't cut it.
