What are the ways of good traffic on your wordpress blog?

I have created a wordpress blog . I am not having my domain name but subdomain from wordpress.com. My website is webcharm.wordpress.com .It is a Toursim website about india. I want to know different ways to generate a good list of traffic on this list. Please suggest..

Make use of tags. Tags should be relevant to the post. If your blog has social share buttons, use them. Submit your blog link to a pinging site like pingomatic, pingfarm, pingshark. etc.
