Good afternoon,everyone.my name is Amy, i am new here. today is a sad day to me, for i was too nervous to talk to strangers by telephone.And my boss was very disappointed. wow! I could hardly control myself not to be nervous.how awful!

I have the same problem. You are better than me. I have difficulty in expressing myself. When speaking in public, i will be so nervous that i can't control my voice.
