How to endure the unfair treatment in work

After graduation, I feel that I can't behavior like a pure student any more, sometimes I can't tell the truth just because my boss don't like. I have to learn to suck up to my boss, which is not a bit good at for me. I am disgusted with those guys who always being a yes man and ingratiating themselves with the boss. However, they do get the appreciation by the boss, they get the promotion, the satisfied salary, in some extent, they can work more easily. Sometimes I really find it very contradictory, as my job pays well, and I have to support myself, I can't lose my job. Should I endure the unfair treatment or just quit? Have you ever face the same situation?
