Paypal is not safe for everyone because of the following reasons:
They are not registered in all the states in USA and not open to World
It not secure, you can login in different ip with they asking you to verify
It does not support large transactions
Your account will be frozen when you try to get your hacked money
It is simply not safe.

so far been keeping my money in paypal for 10 years, but nothing really happen except last time I log in at a link, which then take my money away. Other than that it is really safe.
