iKobo is a company whose service enables customers to send money online to over 145 countries. The recipient is sent a re-loadable Visa debit card protected by a PIN the first time they are sent money. Each new transaction is instantly loaded to the card. With their card, the recipient can access money at ATMs or spend their money where Visa is accepted. iKobo's website allows customers to send money online and review their account history. Receivers/cardholders are able to check their balance and account activity online. The company was founded in 2001.

do you know if paypal is available in the philippines? i did not know that ikobo is so expensive. i have not earned enough here in mylot to warrant an i-kard. how much do you have to earn to get an i-kard?

I think no PayPal service yet in Philippines. Same with my country. If you set the min. payment to $10, and you could earn the money before Dec 1, then you would get the i-Kard around Dec 17.
My suggestion is better you set the payment on $50 or $100.
It would take a long time, but no fees than you get the i-Kard but with fees.

Your welcome..
Yup.PayPal is better than iKobo in that case.
Except you want to use it for shopping only.
