sleeping issues , not getting timely sleep

Suffering from sleepless nights since years. Not getting sleep after resting on bed at least for four hours. I used to sleep only after 2 a.m and hence my health is disturbed. Do you have any suggestions on this.

A friend of mine tells me that reading a few chapters of the Holy Bible helps him sleep soundly & fall asleep fast!

As for me ,I usually go to bed before 12.p.m,if I stay up late,I feel tired when I get up.
However ,if you ask me how to go to bed early,I have no idea,because I think it depend on one's habit and mind.Maybe you just make up your mind and turn off your computer and cell phone early.
Wish you a good habit to go to bed early.
