It actually depends on the women.A woman or girl dresses up and wants to look good on a date. While a woman at work would dress up well just to be presentable at work.Dressing up well and looking good even makes a women feel good and more confident. Altogether it depends on the woman according to the situation or occasion..

It depends on the circumstances. Is she going on a date or meeting up with her girlfriends? How does she feel about herself? A confident woman or girl dresses for herself. While a man/boy and even other women can be a good source for boosting self esteem, they aren't always necessary. The woman already knows that she's looking good.

No.. Its depends on her dressing sens. They sholud have a knowledge about what she wear in the occasion. And also keep in mind that whom are you going to meet?
