We all want to eat healthier diets, but often, our bodies need some convincing that the food that is good for our health is also good for our taste buds, especially after a lifetime of eating unhealthy foods. Well, it seems a recent study from the Energy Metabolism Laboratory at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University may have the answer to this healthy eating predicament.
