That's right, there is a sweet treat we all love that can benefit our health! Dark Chocolate is a delicious, melt in your mouth treat. The higher percentage of cocoa, the more benefits. Percentages ranging from about 70%-85% contain fiber, iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, potassium, and more! It also provides antioxidants, lowers blood pressure, raises HDL, and it may also lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and improve brain function. Although this amazing sweet provides so many health benefits, it isn't recommended to consume large amounts or to have it every day because of the sugar content.
