Life is the name of good and bad experience. There is a Hindi shayri-- Zindgi ke chand lamhe khud ki khatir bhi rakho, Bheed mein zyada rahe to khud bhi gum ho jaoge. It is better either to be silent or to say things of more value than silence. Thanks a lot.
