It's nearly the October's Day

We will have 7 days off for October's Day,but we must pay for it ,we will have a nearly 8 days continue work.
So it's no pay no gain?
It's still a problem that,how should we spend the grand banquet ?
Maybe take my dauter to climb the mountian.
