A foreign company violated the contact,if I don't pay it advance,the company said that it will don't finish its work,how to do?

It is rare to pay for a job before the job is done, but it is possible to have a clause like this in a contract. If the job is not done, how can this company have violated the contract ? What are the terms of the contract concerning payment ? What is the law applicable to your contract (law of a specific country ? arbitration ?) ?

I have pay the company first and second payment, the third payment should be paid when the project is finished, these are the clause of the contract. it is detestable that the company raised a request for the final payment but it hasn't finished the project yet. arbitration in its country?

@BlueFly If the contract specifies an international arbitration to solve a dispute about the contract, you have to follow the arbitration procedure and to refer the case to the arbitration court. It is a fast procedure, and if this company has not followed the terms of the contract, it has not a chance to win.
