How to leare English well?

start reading simple english book

hi there, why don't you try to watch some English movies or documentaries . my advice is first go for ones with subtitles since it may hard to understand the accent. And listening to radio will work too.Then try to speak in eng. as much as possible. Btw whatever it is u need some dedication n patients.

make more friends and chat with them

I've lerned english at school but also by watching movies in english and listening music. But you can find some online english lessons. Goodluck!
