I'm a newbie here. Exploring the site for some time I could note some things.
1. It's great platform to interact, share knowledge, discuss
2. You can Follow people of your interest, get followers
3. And something, I was fascinated of, is you can earn money

Welcome to MyLot! Your first two points are correct, however, the third needs clarifying. MyLot can certainly be used to help you earn money by promoting your money-making ventures, however it has not paid users for posting since May 2013. See my guide to using the site here:
