How to learn English well?

I knew myLot just now... :)
I'm from China and my job is international trade,so it's very important for me to learn English well.
My oral English isn't so good though...it's also not so easy to improve it.
I hope that my English can be better.Could you give me any suggestions to learn it better? :)
