Problem with friends

I have a group of friends that I really don't like their attitude. We became friends since college. Since the beginning I really don't like their attitude but because I don't choose my friends and I felt that they want me to be their friends, I get along with them. Sometime they have the good side but most of the times I don't like their attitude because one of them is kinda bossy, one of them like to gossip within the group about each of of us, and one of them I have just learned that I cannot trust her because I tell her thing about me or about our other friend and then I found out that she would tell everything i told her about. Until now we are friends. We were friends for 12 years already. I stating to distance my self from them but I am not planning to cut the relationship. I feel like I don't wanna friends with them but I also don't want to look like the one who doesn't treasure the friendship. But I don't want to spent much of my time with them anything. Do you have friends like this? What did you do?
