Boston is in my opinion. U2 definately ranks in there for me. Boston opened up the sound like no other band. There was no one who filled the speakers like they did. Their words were great, and the music appealing even to thos who were not as interested in the guitars. Chicago was another one even though they don't rank even in the top ten of my favorites
