A rice cooker, wolfberry, red dates, add water will cook up a delicious wolfberry jujube porridge, sweet, eating is really sweet. In China 4,000 years of recorded history, always accompanied by traces of porridge. Porridge and Chinese people's relationships, just as porridge itself, sticky dense, whom; porridge as a traditional food, place in the hearts of the Chinese people more than any other nation in the world.

This food in the cooking pot sounds delicious though I've never tasted this. I wonder how sweet it really is? Sometimes sweet in the west means very sweet because of the sugar cane plant. The meal sounds healthy if a good quality rice is uses. This is indeed porridge but it is funny when I think of porridge I think of oats not rice.
Why did you make the title porridge in the bedroom?
