Is it deserve to get an hdmi splitter for my xbox 360 ? I plan to get an hdmi splitter for my xbox 360. One hdmi cord will go to my HD monitor from the splitter,and the other hdmi cord will go to my avermedia hd dvr in my computer. I have been trying to look into it and I am not sure if it will. It is said that an hdmi splitter will share your video output to 2 different "displays"(not likely to work well due to HDCP security features). An hdmi switch will let you pick between different HDMI "sources" to use on one display. For example: you only have one HDMI input on your TV but have HD cable and a Playstation3. Again, not always reliable. Some equipment may have problems. Hook the Xbox to the DVR and hook the PC's output to the TV. So my friends think it just waste money to purchase an hdmi splitter.Is it deserve to get an hdmi splitter for my xbox 360. Anyone can tell me answer ? This article is provided by
